Plastering and finishes
Plastering, skim coats and smooth finishes for walls and ceilings, including surface preparation.
External insulation and façades
External insulation with EPS, PIR and mineral wool, renders and finishes. We also install ventilated façades.
Internal insulation
Materials selected to suit the building: FOAMGLAS for below-ground wall insulation, impermeable to water and water vapour, Multipor ExSal Therm for walls affected by rising damp and salts, and Multipor for vapour-permeable mineral insulation.
Plaster restoration
Restoration of damaged surfaces and plaster, with assessment of the substrate and moisture conditions.
Firestopping
Firestopping of service penetrations, fire-resistant walls and protective cladding for steel beams. We use certified systems to meet the project’s requirements.

We approach every job with care and enthusiasm, taking pride in the details, the result and the trust our clients place in us. We work throughout Ticino, following each project from the initial assessment to the finishing touches with care and a passion for quality craftsmanship. We also prepare specifications based on the project drawings, clearly describing the planned work and materials.
